Ministry Goals 2008

Introduce 50 new brothers to Christ, church and the men's ministry. Implement the C.E.L. fishing method, to embrace new members and assertively target potential members. C.E.L.= Call, E-mail & Letter. Each new brother will receive a call, e-mail and letter from our ministry, within a week of joining our church.

To develop a "Circle of concern & enlightment", to discuss hurt, self-esteem issues, divorce, raising children, empowerment, cultural and social issues that are not readily discussed in Bible study, however, if ignored can potentially separate us from Christ.

To add several volunteer positions to the ministry. We will start to train brothers to hold the positions of secretary, youth liason, community liason, new members liason, and security liason. We believe this will help us reach more brothers for Christ.

Teach all brothers how to facilitate a Bible study. This goal is going to help us train men to teach the Bible to their families in their homes, also, it will show men that studying the word is serious and fruitful. Ultimately, it will prepare brothers to step into leadership roles in the ministry, while the current leadership is in place
