The Rev. Nialou Goffa-Duoe is a graduate of Liberia Baptist Theologial Seminary, Liberia Africa where she majored in theology and earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree.  As a former member of the Transitional Legislative Assembly, Rivercess County, Liberia, she served as Chairperson of the Standing Committee on Health and Social Welfare and Demobilization.  She works as a Mental Health Counselor at the Capital Health System in Trenton.
